By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:General:

are subject to change at anytime.
You are only subject to the ToS and prices
agreed upon at the time of the transaction.■ I reserve the right to reject
a commission for any reason.■ All artwork is transferred via a download link.■ Keep in mind, my skill level is limited:
-I can draw: Humans, anthropomorphic characters, simplified skeletons, simple robots, gore, sfw feral, feet
-I cannot draw: Proshipping art, anything political, CP, feral NSFW, detailed mecha and/or armor■ If you should happen to need changes AFTER the piece is finished I will do about 3 small changes for free, if there's bigger changes or if the amount should exceed the given 3 changes I will charge moneyPayment:
Payments will only be accepted through PayPal in EUR.
I charge half the payment before starting a commission and the other half after finishing for the safety of both parties.
When I accept your commission, I will send a link to my PayPal. Once the first half is paid, I will start your commission.Deadlines:
I work on commissions only during weekends, if you require the commission to be done quickly i can arrange to work on it over the week but most of the time i will not be able to provide a EDD* due to my unstable private life.
Waiting time may take a month or more but i will do my best to send regular updates.Usage Policy:
My artwork is for personal use only. No commercial use of my artwork is allowed unless greed on beforehand. I reserve the right to my artwork and the right to post it; if you would like your commission to be private, please let me know!
My artworks shall NEVER under ANY circumstances be fed to an AI or be used to generate another image with AI.Refunds:
You may receive a full refund only if I have not started your commission. If I have started your commission, I will issue a partial refund based on how much work is done. If I cannot finish your commission for whatever reason, you will be refunded in full.
